Returns and Exchange Policy:

At ENVIE Extensions, we strive to provide you with the highest quality luxury hair extensions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes circumstances may require a return or exchange. Please read our Returns and Exchange Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

  • You may request a store credit or an exchange for products returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition with all original security seals unbreeched.
  • To begin the process of a return/exchange, please click here to submit your request.  Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation with the address to mail the return back to via a carrier of your choice.  We do not provide prepaid shipping labels, all return shipping is responsibility of the customer. Please do not fold the packaging & ship back in the same box you received the item in to retain its’ natural shape.

ENVIE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

  • We offer an industry leading 180 day manufacturer warranty on all products from the date of purchase. If you feel like there is a manufacturer defect please submit your request directly to ENVIE . ENVIE Extension Co will inspect the hair upon return for defects. If a defect is found, ENVIE Extension Co will rectify the situation by providing store credit for the purchased price or exchange with a new order. Hair that is colored or processed in any way will void all warranties.

Returns:

If you wish to return your unopened or untampered package, you may do so within 60 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the package must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that opened or tampered packages are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kayla@envieextensions.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please include this number on the return package for efficient processing.

Once we receive the returned package and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5-7 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your unopened or untampered package for a different product or shade, you may do so within 60 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the package must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Opened or tampered packages are not eligible for exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization number. Please include this number on the exchange package for efficient processing.

Once we receive the exchanged package and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the requested product or shade to you. Please note that any price differences between the original and exchanged products will be adjusted accordingly.

Manufacturer Warranty:

We stand behind the quality of our hair extensions. All our products come with a manufacturer warranty of 6 months. If you encounter any issues with the quality of the hair within this period, you may send it back to us for quality testing. However, please note that the warranty is voided if the hair has been colored or processed in any way.

To avail of the manufacturer warranty, please contact our customer service team. Our team will guide you through the warranty process and provide you with further instructions.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, exchanges, or warranty claims, unless the return, exchange, or warranty claim is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records. ENVIE Extensions is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return or exchange process.

Please also note that our Returns and Exchange Policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website or authorized ENVIE Extensions retailers. If you have purchased our products from a third-party seller, please refer to their respective return and exchange policies.
